Last Updated: February 8, 2025 1. Agreement to Terms By booking any service with Keeping It Poppin, you (“Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services, including balloon styling, photo booth rentals, party rentals, and event coordination. 2. Bookings & Payments A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be made by 14 days before the event. Payments are accepted via Visa, Venmo, Zelle. 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 60 before the event are eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 of the event are non-refundable. If Keeping It Poppin is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. 4. Rescheduling & Date Changes Clients may reschedule their event with at least 20 notice, subject to availability. If a client provides an incorrect event date, rescheduling is subject to availability. Refunds will follow our cancellation policy. 5. Service Details & Limitations Balloon Installations: Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. Keeping It Poppin is not responsible for balloons affected by weather. Setup and takedown times must be prearranged. Additional fees apply for extended time. Photo Booth & Party Rentals: Clients are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Damages or missing items will result in additional charges. Power and Wi-Fi must be provided for digital photo booths. Event Coordination: Keeping It Poppin is not liable for third-party vendors or delays outside our control. 6. Liability & Damages Keeping It Poppin is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage occurring during the event. Clients assume responsibility for any damage to rental items, photo booths, or balloon setups caused by guests or venue staff. 7. Force Majeure Keeping It Poppin is not liable for cancellations or delays due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 8. Photography & Marketing Keeping It Poppin may take photos/videos of setups and events for marketing purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before your event. 9.
